******* continuing to take my money for something I dont want!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>MTN is so useless!!!! i tell u with its stupid partner Summer Mobile. its been 5 damn months trying to get a stupid upgrade reversal with them. from June i took the phone to an MTN direct at carlton centre for collection due to a wrong colur being delivered and it still sitting at the store and i dont know for what because i don't want the phone, took it back before the 7 working days were over but no it was never collected. I want the contact cancelled. i've been paying for something i don't have which is against the law. MTN carlton centre then had the nerve to tell me to come and collect the phone in August to do what with it coz i don't want it. this is the worst service iv eva recieved. Summer Mobile isn't sending their couriers. i have requested assistance from both parties to no avail. just want this matter resolved A.S.A.P!!!! M getting sick of been given the run around... Iv tried numerous times but no assistance</p>
