*******!!! BRING BACK MY DATA!!!

I purchased 2x150mb data using my banking app and received text messages confirming my transactions and yet when I checked my balance a few seconds later it shows I have no data. Your customer service associates are rude and unprofessional and were no help to me whatsoever and chose to put me on hold for so long I ended up dropping the call instead of helping me or refunding me my money back. Your whole company is full of ******* and a useless bunch!!!
