i have been with Nashua Mobile until they closed and moved my account directy with MTN.<br> i upgraded in September to a contract of R399.00 with 100 aitime,sms and bundles, yet since Dec i have been debited R719.00 every month from these idiots.<br> i have made numerous calls and everytime i am told we will request your contract, clearly why will i be paying R719.00 for a LG cell phone people. the service is pathetic and no help from anyone there.<br> <br> my ref no: *** if that will help. now i have not even received my free data and airtime bundle for Febraury as i was told my contract does not state that so how is it that they cant see how much i am to be billed...<br> <br> i accept an answer to this matter shortly or i will be taking this matter further as clearly this is ****************.
