I logged calls 3 weeks ago about data you stole from me and still I am waiting with no feedback. It takes you a day to ***** my data and a year to get back to me. Absolutely Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!
*** - On Thursday 20 June I still had 4GB left. Saturday 22 June the morning at 8 the data is gone. Keeping in mind I am on my work Wifi during the day. So where did my data go.
*** - On Sunday evening 23 June I still had +/- 600mB left. Monday 24 June all gone. Again... Keeping in mind I am on my work wifi during the day.
I logged these calls on 24 June. Still no feedback.
I even followed up on twitter where I got yet another reference number ***
It has been three weeks and I am still waiting.
I want feedback, I wont just leave it.

I have looked at ref: *** for cell number: ***. The below is the data usage between 20-26 June 2019. This does not include WIFI usage, WIFI is a phone feature and will not reflect on the MTN billing system.

16 Jul 2019, 07:41Uhm ok so please explain to me how this makes sence. You say THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WIFI but all the revenrence number above given is wifi rooters I have with MTN so where exactly does your above numbers comes from. I NEVER have that much data on my phone number above.
Please try another lie. and give me back my ****** data. This also does not explain where my 600MB on my other number went to.
