How dare they say i subscribed to Basebone

Through an uncapped router with mtn, i had R1300 extra taken out of my account from a set amount of R314 a month contract, I've had for years, mtn is saying i was subscribed to basebone, who the hell is basebone and they refuse to reimburse me my money, surely the bank cannot allow extra money to come out of a persons account on a set contract? Absolutely rediculous service! I suppose next month they can take my entire salary out if my account and neither mtn or basebone will be responsible??
