I did an upgrade on the 13 May 2018 t mall at reds and was assured that I would not lose the current free minutes and data and sms by the lady that helped us. Today upon waking up my phone was suspended due to a credit limit, now I had to upgrade to a bigger package to still receive the he current benefits, upon phoning about the credit limit and the suspension to be lifted I was now informed that I would loose the all my minutes carried over and my data and I suppose the 30GB free data hat I received for a month (which I only have for 4 days now) due o the upgrade ... We want this sorted out immediately This is bull****

We sincere apologized for any inconvenience incurred.
Kindly note that the 30GB received with the new upgrade will only expires 2018-06-12.
We do apologized for the agent informing you with the incorrect information that the previous package data/sms and minutes will not be lost.
We have sent the request to the back end support team to assist is with the information what was left before the upgrade was done to the Made for Me XL.
The 2 package platform differs.
SMS cannot be allocated.
Once the confirmation is received we can then allocate this to the sim card.
We are waiting on feedback.
