On Monday 29th January 2018 I did a sim swop and my airtime and data did not switch over. I am very young and just started earning money, the bare minimum. I have a limited amount of money I can spend on airtime and data. I have however spent thousands of rands over 14 years of loyalty buying phones, airtime and data from MTN. I got an automated response on my message on Facebook and was requested to send them a message -I did and have not received a single shred of feedback or help - you have my number, email and name . SHAME ON YOU MTN!!!! You will see this message everywhere, until you give me my money back. I don't ask for more. Just the airtime and data I bought from you and you stole from me.

Our records indicate that you had a airtime balance of R13.68 on 2018-01-28 15:09:57. This airtime balance was depleted by an active date session on 2018-01-28 15:14:23.
Your sim swap was processed and completed on 2018/01/29 14:20:22 and your number ( ***) did not have a positive airtime balance at this time. The next recharge on this line was only made after the sim swap was processed on 2018-01-29 16:40:38 for R30.00.
We sincerely hope that the above is in order and that we are able to restore your faith in us.
