*****s and time wasters - horrible service

<p>I have been struggling for 5 months now to correct an issue on my account whereby I get overcharged R460 every month. What is supposed to be a discount of R230, became a charge of R230. I have spent hours on their hotline, the local Herm**** MTN franchise is absolutely useless in terms of service and support. I have been in there store at least three time a month, every month about this and still no resolution.</p> <p>MTN, you suck, your online helpdesk sucks, your call centres might have some nice people working there and who seem to be very helpful, but still manages diddly squat because it all sits with accounts, and accounts cannot get there heads out of their behinds to be able to see that what you are charging me, compared to what you still advertise today as the R469 package, should not be charged at R929. You bunch of *********** imbeciles.</p>
