During December i went to MTN The Glen to take out a Double your Data deal. The package was 20GB which means with the deal i get 40GB day and 40GB night When the data was loaded initially it was done correctly However January 2019 has come and MTN only loaded 20GB day and 20GB night. the reason i went for this deal is because i i needed 40GB day and 40GB night My query has been going on for over 2 weeks with no resolution I need my data loaded now, or i want my contract cancelled with NO PENALTIES because MTN cannot deliver on what is promised. How can you promote something and not deliver Also, since i have been complaining my data has magically also just disappeared over 2 days??? The data number in question is ********** 757 And please do not insult me by telling me that it is loaded as 20GB at MTN. I know what i took and confirmed it 10times with the consultant who was Thobile Kunene.
