I renewed my MTN cellphone contract on 8th August 2018, which included a Free Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro and a R500 off any qualifying Samsung original accessories. The Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro was delivered to another person and I’m waiting for Courier IT to find out who the item was delivered to. The R500 off any qualifying Samsung original accessories can only be used on items over R1000 to get the discount and at the store the cellphone contract was taken out. The store I took the cellphone contract out, doesn’t have any stock of Samsung original accessories, so I can’t claim the R500 off any qualifying Samsung original accessories at another store that does have Samsung original accessories by the end of August 2018. Can someone at MTN please help and stop advertising incorrectly and stop robbing people.

Please note that Samsung will be willing to assist you. You can download the Samsung reward App and complete the information required or email them.
They require the account holder to email the screenshot of the promo together with the cell phone number, IMEI number, phone serial number and lastly your ID number to ***.
