THEY WON'T LET ME OUT MY CONTRACT, THERE IS NO WAY OUT EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS AN EASY WAY IN.

The last time I had to come here to get out of a contract with you because your cancellations department does not answer when we call. But it's so quick to answer when I chose the option to renew. Please. I want out of my contract I was following our terms to serve notice but there no one answer. My contract is ending and I dont want to renew it please. The last I was here to get out of a contract and I dont want to cause any damage because I had no hassles getting my contract, so I want a clean exit. We are tyring to save our monies as the country is going through a pandemic please let us go when we have fullfilled out contracts.
