They won't return my phone it is 6 months already
My phone was send in by MTN Three Rivers in River Square Mall. It has been 6 months and the manager Etienne Strydom can't tell me where my phone is. According to him it is still in Midrand,but I was suppose to recieve my phone within 6 weeks. I can understand a small delay,but not a 5 month delay. The staff is also rude. The young lady responded by saying \I don't know"to every question. She raised her voice and even ignored me and refused me service. The phone was send in"
