****!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

On the 18 April 2023 I took out a cellphone contract for IPhone 14 for 36 for X amount of money.

In April 2024 i realized my monthly repayment has increased which i signed a fixed contract for 36 months , i definitely was not advised I'm store that this would be a variable contract I called customer care and i was advised MTN increases their pricing annual i ask the consultant to advise but the contract i signed for is fixed foe the term i was told no its not

I asked them to show me a copy of my contract where it shows this as i was not advised about this , i was told the call center doesn't have a copy of the contract on record i would need to go to an MTN store where i took the contract and ask for a copy

I was blown away that in 2024 customer care has limited access to a customers account and can't even request back office for a copy of my contract

I found my contract page 1 copy of invoice Page 2 contract summary States device , my tariff Page 3 store details , device details, purchase detail Page 4terms and conditons of warranty

I can't see where it says I agreed for MTN to increase my monthly repayment every year

I want answers and my Money back
