They want to **** me!!

I took out a contract with MTN Jan 2021 on a 24 months basis. I have only one month to have it paid up, when I call them to settle it earlier in the month they are telling me that I took out a 36 months contract of which is not true. When they were transferring me through departments they couldn’t find my terms agreement and they kept transferring until they sent me to one department that deals with terms agreements and I ended up asking for the manager who said she sent me my terms agreement and I have been waiting for it on my inbox since. I really would not advise anyone to do the online deals as you do not get any copy of your agreement so that think they can do what they pleases. You are ********! Period!
