They taking forever to retrieved the recording of the conversation.

I am so dissapointed, I renew my contract with Mtn and few days later after renewing my contract I was called by one on their agent wanting to migrate me to another package which I did not agree to but the agent continued to migration without my consent . I went to the store to log a complain up to this day my query is still not resolved.
