They take your money and give you what ever they feel like, not what is promised.

Home internet is Terrible They changed my package speeds and fair usage through out my time using their service. It stated with 400gb fair usage and the speed would drop to 5mbps once fair use was reached. the Fair usage then dropped to 300gb and the speed after fair usage then dropped to 1mbps and then further down to 0.5mbps!!!! They also just change as they go, there's no option to opt out and there is no option to sign to say this is okay, they just do it and take your money. They have not just dropped me to the lowest package because apparently I use to much data. They took my money and gave me something I didn't even agree. Oh and try find someone that will help you with the issue and you will be treated like you have no clue what you are talking about. This surly isn't even legal. Do not go a home plan with them!!! I do not recommend at all!!!
