They stole my phone!!

<p>Honestly disgusted with the service I have received with MTN. I took out a contract with them and they delivered me a faulty phone. I returned the phone and have been waiting 6 weeks for a replacement and it has not arrived. All this time my contract has been running and I am being billed. Apparently a Kgomotso from the MTN direct johannesburg branch responsible for my account and she has been emailed numerous times to get in touch with me but she hasn't.</p> <p>I have called the call center about 7-10 times and every time they just put me on hold for about 20 mins and then disconnect the call. </p> <p> </p> <p>The service is pathetic and I have multiple contracts with the network. I am seriously considering changing networks</p> <p> </p>
