They shouldn't be in IT
<p>After changing to MTN a week ago I have had no problems. I downloaded their official MTN android app on the app they "MTN" advertised a buy 1gb for 30days and get 1gb for 30days free .I purchased this promo and then recieved 1gb for 30days and 500mb for 15days. So I then called the customer service number where I spoke to Dumi who told me that they "MTN" were not aware of any MTN app and said there is no such promo. I then asked if I could get the purchase reversed which her answer to me was no I must go into a MTN store .I think this I typical of this countries level of service or lack there of. </p>
