they sell you lies just so they can bill you and when you try to cancel they give you the runaround so that your cooling off period can lapse

one of their agents called me and offered a sim only deal and when i told him what im looking for he said yes the sim perfoms what im looking for only to find that it doesn’t. when i called to cancel the contract i was given the run around for a week, i was transferred from one department to another and no cancellation was logged. when i call the cancellation department no one answers . the last lady i spoke to told me my seven days cooling off period is lapsing today and after today the sim will be billed. they are frustrating. don’t take up a contract with them. they offer services under false pretenses just so they can add money on your account, when you call to cancel they give the run around
