They ****med me

I bought a router with a sim card online and it only worked for 4 months. I called them to report the issue and they referred me to the shop, I went there and a sim swap was done but unfortunately it wasn’t successful. I was told to return so they can re-do it, I did but didn’t win again. I went to the shop, called them a couple of times but I didn’t get help. Today is the 10th month of paying for a router I can’t use. I honestly feel ****med by a trusted brand.
