They lie

I tried to upgrade my contact in January, the consultant upgraded the wrong contract, I have since called 9 times to fix this with no joy. 5 times my call was dropped " accidentally". 3 times I was promised a call to fix this within 24 hrs, no one has called me, once a manager promised to investigate and still nothing. Mtn doesn't care about their clients
