They just don't care for their Customers

I am not very satisfied with your Service, Ref nr. 794839

This is now my 4th attempt to get my account sorted. I went to the store where I have done my upgrade, all paperwork is in order. Your service is slow and non-responsive. Have logged a fault on your Website and no one is contacting me back and even doing anything to ensure my account and billing information can be rectified. You continue giving such a poor service to your customers. I am supposed to pay R199.00 per month and it hasn't been fixed yet. When can I expect this to be resolved. It's been 2 months now.
