They just don't care !!

I've been complaining non stop about use of data ... They always have verious excuses .. From turning of apps to taking Facebook of , data of 1gig is still depleted within a week - they don't bother to do research into why but every week or every 3 days have to take 160 rand and more out and yet no satisfaction in service ... It's **************** and yet no one cares MTN pass the buck and tomorrow they continue *****ing ... Airtime and data from verious customers ... Dad and mom are also mtn with same complaints ... Six mounths my data has gone from 2 weeks for 1gig to 3 days ... Same phone , less apps - 60 rand airtime .. Well it's gone before phone call is made .. This is continues ... Even though I have complained on hello Peter several times mtn has done nothing not even extended a hand to make right ...
