They have taken legal action on me

I was advised that my account was overdue when I wanted to move to vodacom. I investigated and I didn't find anything on my side. When I queried it in July they advised they were going to get back to me. After countless emails and phone calls from my side never theirs! I eventually thought it was sorted out. Now I find when applying for a home loan in November that mtn have taken legal action against me.no communication to advise me of this. I eventually got through to the legal department and just payed because I want mtn behind me. Now I can't get through to them once again to find out the progress or if they had received payment, nothing, I just get transferred to other departments that don't know how to put me through to legal department. I'm close to a nervous breakdown I have no cases against me no ******** no credit that I haven't payed on time. I'm at a loss when trying to sort this out and I keep hitting a brick wall! What's next blacklist me for trying to sort this out without warning once again!
