THEY FLUSHED MY NUMBER INSTEAD IF STOPPING TAKING MY AIRTIME AND AVOID TO RESTORE
Aside from the constant‼️ Network issues of this service provider, MTN persists being the most frustrating and unreliable network. I went to pavilion, BEGINNING of December 2022!!! To query an issue I have been having with the network taking my airtime. What the consultant did has been a snowballing effect of problems personally and professionally. Mtn flushed my number and I have been unreachable ever since and now I am back at work, I use my mobile to work and instead this network continues to give me a run around to restore and fix my number.

18 Jan 2023, 17:32It IS UNBELIEVABLE that it is the THIRD week of work and struggling to meet and communicate with stakeholders! I am inconvenienced even in my home life, my home insurance is due for repairs and the whole process delayed THANKS TO A PATHETIC UNCARING NETWORK LIKE MTN!!! AMONG MAAAAANY OTHER ISSUES WITH THIS HORRIFIC NETWORK! They are doing me a favour! It took me so long so many YEARS to finally work my way out of this terrible service provider! This inconvenience forced me to get another number so that I can do things while waiting on their pathetic service delivery. BRING MY NUMBER BACK so I can be done with this BULL network
