They don’t give a f*** about us as customers and our livelihoods

If I could give MTN zero stars I would. It’s not so much that there’s technical issues, sh*t happens and that’s fine. However how a company deals with it is what actually matters.

Example, all your customers are having problems with LTE barring causing them to have no connection and you’re working on it, fine. You’re 7 days in and don’t see a solution in sight, why not give them data while you work on the problem?

I’ll tell you why, because you don’t give a f*** about your customers which is why you’ve got a 1 star rating on this platform and still don’t give a f***.

That’s what I hate about MTN, the no f*cks, no compassion. You can’t even escalate anything because everyone is full of sh*t.
