They don't deduct when they should and ruin your credit.

They didn't deduct the first month, I went into a physical shop, on their system it says my account is perfect, I emailed HQ which also said everything looked fine, and mind you this "miss-payment" is from June. I still get the monthly credit and data, still able to make phone calls with the sim also. On my credit report is says miss payment which is clearly something wrong on their side, and they do not answer phone calls. Do not even try to phone them they will not answer, rather email and pray.
