They don't give a damn
<p>i had just recharged my phone when it got ****** on the 29th of December 2016, so I did a sim swap . It has been over a week since that happened and still they have not loaded my 100 Rand airtime. The irritation of it all is l call their call center they keep sending from pillar to wall making empty promises of looking into my problem. I have called their call center countless times but they simply do not give a damn as nothing has been resolved.</p>

Please note that our records indicate that you recharged with R100.00 on 2016-12-29 10:47:15. This R100.00 was then transferred to another number via Me2U on 2016-12-29 12:33:27 and Me2U transactions cannot be reversed.
As per our business rules, the only time that your airtime is adjusted when a sim swap is performed is if the airtime funds are still at the time of the sim swap so in your case the sim swap was performed after the airtime was transferred to the other number.
We sincerely hope that the above is in order and hope that we are able to restore your faith in us.
