THEY DO NOT WANT TO PROCESS MY CONTRACT CANCELLATION

They are ****mers , they don’t want to cancel my contract or reactivate my number . My contract expired in August and I did not renew it, to this day I’m running from pillar to post to get it cancelled . There’s an outstanding balance I had to pay . I paid it and they still are not assisting me with cancelling the contract or reactivation of my cellphone number
