They do not stop debitorders
My MTN mobile contract expired in April 2015. I did not need it any longer and cancelled the contract. Reference ***. Three months later and they still deduct R500.50 a month from my bank account. The number is not in use any longer and I cancelled the contract and received a reference number as proof of cancellation. Tried repeatedly to contact their call center again. It is hell. No service!
