they do not pick up
Good day, after writting a report about a delay for my phone to be fixed, they responded, came to collect the phone for repair, now the problem is ever since I received an email that my phone is repaired, the call centre does not pick up, I am forever holding for an operator that never picks up the call, its now two weeks, please help because I only need to know if there is excess to be paid, where and how will I get my phone back as I did not get a loan device, I need my phone ASAP.
