They do not communicate

Firstly you have to call them every single day for them to update the stage of the claim. their courier is worse they do not state that there are some places that they do not do house to house, Once you have made plans to accommodate them, they tell you that they have to reschedule. but for you to get that kind of information you have to call them again.
