THey did not keep their promise
Last year I had a debit of about R6000 in my account from MTN SP, it turned out that a ********** account had been opened in my name. someone must have ****** my id number. I called MTN to resolve.<br> After numerous calls and waiting i finally got through to their legal department. they asked me to send my ID and affidavit. I did and i was later told that the account was closed and it would be removed from my credit profile.<br> several months down the line, the account is still showing on my credit profile as a \handed over account"<br> this is prejeducial to me because it is affecting my credit profile.<br> they did not do what they promised"
