They claim I've a contract with them & owing them

I went to the bank for a bond application & it was identified that I'm owing MTN R3205.09.I don't have a contract with MTN.I went to enquire about this in MTN Vryheid.The response if the attendant was that it looks like a ***** as there were multiple attempts before its approval.It dates back to 2022.She said I must go to the police for an affidavit to challenge this , of which I did.A week later their response was that all the details are pointing towards me & if I refute that I must go to the police & open a case.I went to the police & asked for a document that specify the item I took.MTN responded that they don't know because the contract was done on line.Personally I don't entertain telecommunication sales.Also when I further ask for my address or contract none so ever.What is money for then.
