They can't cancel a contract

November 2022 I went to upgrade my contract but due to mtn technical issues the person add mtn advise me to open a new contract and then she will cancel my contract. That I got on Email as proof so end of December 2022 my debit order went of double. I phoned them and said that the contract must be cancel and they said is in process. Its 7 MONTHS later and they still *****ing my momey for a contract I call every month to cancel and they keep saying its on the system. But like ********s they keep debit every month my new and the one that is surpose to be canceled. But they will phone me for upgrade every month. Its the worst company i ever was and is.
