They cannot stop sending spam

Last week I was removed from the MTN marketing list - a list of innocent victims who are subjected to regular abuse and time wasting tactics by MTN staff who have nothing better to do than harass law abiding citizens. Yet I continue to receive garbage from MTN. Completely unsolicited. Definitely unwanted. What will it take to make them stop? A court battle? Maybe the time has come for someone to take them on and point out to them that they are not above the law.
