They broke my phone and blamed me

I am just bitterly disappointed and still am as the issue has not been resolved.

Renewed my Contract on 16 June 2016 and ungraded to a Samsung S7.

My hotspot and Wi-Fi functionality stopped working three weeks later.

Took phone to MTN store 25 July 2016

Consultant (Rose) checked and marked it as clean as it was new I have the report which states the same.

Called to follow up never came back to me. Repair centre had it for two weeks before they even looked at it.

Now I got a call saying phone cracked um no phone not cracked, it was a software issue.

Rose in one email says it’s not the client’s phone that ccd when she saw the photos and in the next one says it’s a microscopic crack, the photos show a large crack.

Now they want me to take a phone that they say I cracked. Are you mad.

You costing me money phoning all the time to resolve and to get hold of anyone more senior is absolutely impossible.

I want my phone replaced as MTN damaged it.

Trying to escalate this to managers is turning out to be fruitless.

Hello Peter is the start point. Social Media here we come.
