They are the WORST Place ever!

I have phoned MTN Retention center five freaking times already, waiting for someone to pick up the damn phone to assist me for 30 + minutes! Still holding on as we speak.

All that i want to know is what the outstanding amount is on my contract that i wish to cancel! They suck!!
