They are so negligent!!!

I phoned mtn because I needed some assistance with my prepaid number, which is now under contract without any of my consent, I had noticed that my number is also used by someone else because on the mtn app it is linked to another person and it seems to be under a contract, I have had this number for more than 2 years now and has been active, the lady that I spoke to advise me to contact the mtn ***** department and for the past 2 weeks no one has assisted me instead they gave me different numbers that I should contact for which I do not understand because they should be able to resolve the issues on their side or escalate the matter to someone who can assist! this is so disappointing, they clearly do not care about their customers and they are so negligent!! The last person that I spoke too was Wandile Sithole, he stated that I should contact the company myself that processed the contract.
