They are holding me hostage

I have been thrown from pillar to post because I am trying to port my number from MTN to Telkom. Telkom said I am supposed to receive and sms with an opt from MTN and that's not happening. Spoke to many people at MTN who could not help, Busisiwe, mluleki and many others. The last one Patricia said I must recharge my MTN SIM card in order to receive that sms and call back, Busisiwe said Patricia was just saying that to get me off the call!!!!! I desperately want to leave this network with my number of almost 15 years but they are holding me hostage.
