There's always something
I have been with MTN for more than 6 years. I have spent more than R50000. Why I have stayed so long is beyond what i am able to comprehend right now. There is always something.<br> <br> I had just under R5 airtime and just under 500MB but got a messages of no funds. What is the point of having data ifit is not used until no data is left.<br> <br> I can't wait to say goodbye to a provider that has not once yet contacted me back about any of my complaints. <br> <br> <br>

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
Kindly note that if you are busy with downloads or have multiple sessions active, the system will reserve the entire bundle for that session if the data bundle is almost depleted. If the subscriber opens another session it will be charged from your air-time balance as the entire data bundle is already reserved. If the first session is completed, the subscriber will be left with the balance of that reserved amount. Please note that besides internet usage your handset can also generate charges via upgrading of data applications and automatic running of same.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
