There is only one word to describe MTN "USELESS"
I have a confirmed cancellation date from MTN for the 31st March 2019.
They have cut my service of prematurely - today!!
This means that both my cell phone and my tablet are out of action and that all data and cell bundles balances are lost!!!!
I do need the cell and the table still until the 31st and have to go now and by a payas you go and date and voice!!!!!
Have called them this morning but there is nothing they want to do about it.

28 Mar 2019, 13:41First of all you should read your own e-mail, which clearly states that both numbers are terminated on the 31st, and not on the 26th.
Secondly you have cancelled both numbers on the 26th anyway.
This has not cost me only inconvenience but you have deleted all my bundles (Data & Voice) in addition I had to buy a new simcard and new data & voice.
Your apology means absolutely nothing, because I had problems with MTN on a continuous basis.
Which is no surprise because there are only idiots working there!
By the way you can send any of my outstanding bills / statement to Father Christmas because I will not pay for your **** service and for deleting my data and voice - good luck.
There is no need to communicate with me any further - as from now you are on spam on my e-mail and on my VODACOM cell as well.
