"there is nothing we can do you just have to wait"

<p>Hi </p> <p>I went to apply for a phone on contract and it was approved, I went to the dealer to collect the phone. But only to find out that my phone was sold to another customer they said they will try and get me another pho ne..a few days went by and still nothing I went there and they told me there is nothing they can do I must just wait and they will call me, I don't know of that's the service I should get? Or the answer "the is nothing we can do you just have to wait "please tell me what should I do in this kind situation? </p> <p> </p>
