there is NO customer services from all forums from MTN. I am desperate for help from someone who actually cares! PLEASE.

i am just so flabbergasted with MTN and its lack of response or any call centre agent (they call them champions!!) i could weep. i have spoken to them, been on twitter, been on facebook all detailing my issue and i get no response. i get messages saying we are addressing the issue and then never hear back. what's the point of having and means of communications with your CUSTOMERS if you don't do anything? My contract was up last month and i went to morningside MTN and decided not to take a phone and the new deal was discussed. then late in april i had a call from some woman talking about contracts which i assumed was what i had discussed at your branch. then i found i had no airtime and had to buy more. i then phoned 083135 and spoke to someone who said they would email the relelvant dept. i received no reference. nothing happened. then i phoned back and went through it all again and nothing happened,. all the time i am on twitter trying to resolve this. nothing,. i then phone back to call centre and this time i get a call reference. (***). Nothing. i then go to mroningside branc again and he agent there sends an email to someone again (ref no ***). a day or 2 back i get a call from some woman from your outsourced call centre people who telephonically renew contracts - called Miranda - and i go through the whole story with her and she says i have taken out a 36 month (!!) contract with them for data only, which is nonsense. but she syays she will cancel the contract and i will promptly get an sms to this effect. NOTHING. i am at my WITS END. ow does one get any credible service from MTN. I have been trying to resolve this now for 3 weeks! the time i have spent. nobody there gives a damn. i need someone with an IQ greater than a geranium to talk to who can resolve this immediately, PLEASE! i have been with MTN for 25 years! this is utterly hopeless service. you should all be ashamed!
