There is a complete breakdown of technical and support services at MTN

I have been without International Roaming for more than a month in Iceland. I have tried to get this resolved with MTN via their 135 "customer support line", all their email channels, Facebook, Twitter and have escalated the issue to Icasa. Nothing has been resolved. The stupid answers I get from everyone I deal with at MTN (if they ever answer) as made me decide to cancel my contract with them.

Now I am going though the same pain, just trying to cancel my contract. The company is falling apart, it seems.
