There is a bigger chance of finding a cure for COVID than to get hold of the MTN Retention Department

I have been trying numerous times to get hold of the MTN retention department. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have easily wasted hundreds of minutes trying to get hold of them. If someone has a number that works to get hold of them please let me know.
