theirs service don't work properly. AVOID!!!!

cannot make calls. cannot receive calls. loads of emails sent to customer support. tickets opened and closed without resolution. called customer support. They are unable to resolve this issue. Now they just ignoring my emails. I couldn't communicate with my family properly over new years and Christmas. holiday ruined. I pay every month for a non existent service. lost with this service provider. only monthly data works
