Their Online sales department service is extremely poor

Their Online sales department service is extremely poor. Since I ordered a phone in August till today I haven't received the phone. I have been sending documentation left and right. Not even one person bothered to call me back. Today I called and still there is no proper feedback. The consultants are not professional. They only give me feedback when I call. As a customer I need to be kept informed on my application every step of the way. Its like they won't even care. They don't even have a team leader to refer to. No one takes accountability to inform clients about their progress.
