Their email responses are great

This is just to compliment MTN on their email service - [Email Removed] <br> I had contacted them when I enquired about opening a new contract and the responses I got from their end was really truly impressive for a 'big' company.<br> This was not once but on a few occasions when I contacted them on this email address, the response time was always spot on! Great Work!!<br> They followed up for me in super quick time and got their call centre to phone me. Unfortunately, the feedback from that department was disappointing. I made an application and got no follow up, until I had to contact them again.<br> <br> In any case, Kudos to [Email Removed] - If MTN could get ALL their Customer Service agents to operate like whoever is running this email service, they will come out tops.
