THEFT / ******** DEBIT ORDER

I logged a query with an MTN Customer Care Agent, Mpho, on Friday 2 July 2021 around 8 am.

I was given a reference number for this call/log.

This is in connection with a refund due to me for funds debited from my account by MTN when I do not even have an MTN contract in my personal capacity?

The only feedback I have gotten since that call is that my ticket is closed as the issue has been resolved. Which is not the case at all.

Nothing has been done. No money has been deposited back into my account. This is ****************.

I can't even get through to anyone on 135 / 083 135.

Their Twitter account is useless as they refer you in a million different directions.

I just want my money back so I can be done with MTN as a whole.
